Bust of Demon
Tapa Kalān - Figure
This demon takes on the features of a warrior. His half-length hair falls on his shoulders. A garment covers his shoulder, a kind of paridhāna that leaves his torso bare. With his right hand, he sketches the gesture of discourse. His face is more caricatured than monstrous. The facial features are coarse: prominent eyebrows, large nose, thick lips. The ears are largely deformed.
