Description :

The figure could be the god Indra or a Bodhisattva. As the work is very damaged, it is difficult to distinguish whether he is wearing a turban or a hairnet surrounding a band of hair. It appears to be adorned with a central square medallion and topped with a bun. The waves seem to be stylised by recessed notches. The face, soft and idealised, is completely eroded.
