Bāgh Gaï - Figure
The hair, treated in stylised wavy strands, frames the face and reveals the deformed earlobes. The bun is encircled by a sort of diadem composed of alternating rectangular and round beads. Above the eyebrows is the ūrṇā, figured by a stucco button. The face is idealised, soft and smiling; the full cheeks draw a round face. This Bodhisattva is reminiscent of some Central Asian works.
