Tapa Kalān - Figure
The hair is treated in rows of small tight curls framing the forehead. This Bodhisattva wears a high tiara surrounding a bun. It consists of an ornate twisted band of cloth with a central decoration. He appears to be wearing earrings, the details of which are not visible. His chubby, square face is reminiscent of some Central Asian works.
