Bāgh Gaï - Figure
This Bodhisattva wears a turban consisting of three superposed bands of cloth. A central square clasp joins the top band and the edge band. It seems that a decoration, perhaps a palmette, has adorned the top of the headdress. The face is soft and idealised and the style is reminiscent of certain Central Asian works.
