Description :

This brahman is represented as Zeus or Herakles. He is an elderly man with a beard and moustache, regular features and high cheekbones. His gaze is deep, his expression grave and noble.


Observation :

The Indian element is obscured by the Western influence.

In his publication, Bathoux indicates that this modelling comes from the Kapiça. One wonders then about its presence in this inventory.
