Description :

This brahman wears a carefully executed moustache and beard, shown with slight undulations, as if caught by the wind. On the other hand, the representation of the locks of hair is more coarse, simply represented by half-moon shaped notches. As the modelling is damaged at the level of the skull, it is not known whether he was wearing a bun.


Observation :

Western inspiration is palpable in this brahman figure inspired by the philosopher type.
