Description

The idealized face of this Bodhisattva is of Indian inspiration. The hair is wavy on either side of a median parting. The top of the hair is broken, revealing part of a tiara or perhaps a headband of textile surrounding a bun. The trace of the ūrṇā between the eyebrows can be seen.
