Description

This beheaded warrior is dressed in a very short, sleeveless leather waistcoat that stops below the chest. The torso and belly are thus left visible and the navel marked. The forearms are protected by leather armbands, ending in a point on the top of the left hand. The soldier also wears a kind of skirt consisting of superimposed leather strips, finished with a fringe, and leggings whose meshes are represented by incisions. A very flexible belt, closed by a medallion-shaped fastener, holds the scabbard of a short sword, resting on the knees. The right hand rests on the hilt.
