Head of Buddha

The hair and uṣnīṣa of the Buddha are treated in wavy furrows running from front to back. It is noticeable that the hair is diverted by a painted red ring. The eyebrows and the outline of the eyelid are outlined in the same way. It is also a circle of red paint that figures the ūrṇā, just above the eyebrows. The profile is of the Indian type.: half-closed almond-shaped eyes, small nose and square face. Although broken, the earlobes are noticeably deformed. The neck is marked by a fold.
